Hi. I'm Nik Kroushl 🔊 (she/hers).

I am a creative, which has driven me to wear many hats: Instructional designer, program manager, writer, educator, social dancer, jill of all trades, tech tinkerer, and lifelong learner, among others.

I have a master's degree in instructional technology and am a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies. I worked in higher education in various capacities (from marketing to advising to instructional design) from 2016 to 2024, with forays into several other fields along the way. My focus areas include online teaching and learning, Universal Design for Learning, educational technology, and planning/strategy (projects, programs, courses).
