Hi. I'm Nik Kroushl 🔊 (she/hers).

I wear many hats: Instructional designer, program manager, writer, educator, social dancer, jill of all trades, tech tinkerer, and lifelong learner, among others.

I have a master's degree in instructional technology and have been working in higher education in various capacities (from marketing to advising to instructional design) since 2016, with forays into several other fields along the way. In 2023, I launched my consulting business. My focus areas include online teaching and learning, content and narrative, and planning/strategy (projects, programs, courses). I’m an analytical creative and I love working with clients and organizations to bring their visions to life!
